Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Returns are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date for unused and undamaged products in their original packaging.

 

2. Refund Process

2.1 Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

2.2 If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  

3. Non-refundable Items 

3.1 Custom or personalised orders will not be accepted 

3.2  Items that are used, installed, or damaged by the customer are not accepted

 

4. Return Shipping

4.1 Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

5. Exchanges

5.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at sales@anion.com.au with your order details and an image of the problem.

 

6. Warranty Returns  

6.1 If your product has a warranty issue within the one-year period, please contact us to arrange for repair or replacement.
