Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 These conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of Victoria, Australia.

 

1.2 The Quotation is valid for 30 days only from the date of issue.

 

1.3 Quotations and Prices are based on the specifications, details, dimensions and quantities provided by the Customer.

 

1.4  Anion Group is not responsible for errors in the accuracy of all specifications, details, dimensions and quantities provided by the Customer. The Customer is to confirm all details align with plans submitted.

 

2. Payment

2.1 Customers must make a payment of 50% of the price upon placement of the order. The remaining balance of the price is due five (5) business days prior to the delivery or ( installation delivery date) set out in the quotation or invoice. For windows balance is due before shipment.

 

2.2 Failure to pay the balance in accordance in 2.1 will result in a delayed delivery for one business day for each day the full payment is late.

 

2.3 The delivery of goods will not be made until full payment has been received. Anion Group is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result in delays caused by the customer.

 

3. Installation

3.1  Price excludes site installation fee, if installation is required a fee will follow.

 

3.2 The installation of doors & windows does not account for structural work, plaster and painting.

3.3 If architraves are needed to be installed, client must have on site at time of installation. Otherwise a return fee will be charged 

​

3.4 All structural modification to existing opening will require site inspection.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All content, including but not limited to images, logos, trademarks, and text, displayed on the Anion Group website is the intellectual property of Anion Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

4.2 You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any content from our website without prior written consent from Anion Group.
