How can i receive a quote?
All our products are custom made to suite your specifications. To receive a quote either send us an email to sales@anion.com.au or simply fill out the form embedded in the Contact Us tab.
What are your lead times?
Each custom order takes a minimum of 9 weeks from shop drawing approval date.
This may vary depending on how long approval for shop drawings take. The quicker you know what you are after, the quicker the manufacturing process will commence.
Do you offer site measure and installation ?
We do offer both site measure and installation in Melbourne. Our products come with all the necessary hardware and accessories if clients want to install on their own.
Please ensure you have a licensed builder installing your products. If installed by an un-qualified person it could result in damage to the product, damage to your home.

How much is shipping?
Shipping Australia wide is FREE, thats right free !!
Anion Group is a Melbourne based business and is delivering doors and windows Australia wide free of charge.
What is the warranty ?
Anion Group will not be held accountable for incorrect measurements and specifications provided. If the wrong information is provided, the client and Anion Group will work together to come up with a solution. We emphasise triple checking measurements to avoid this issue arising.
Our Steel Doors are coated in zinc, making them galvanised steel doors. This will prevent the doors from rusting and will allow them to stay sleek for longer. Anion Group have a 1 year warranty period. If any accessories are damaged we will replace these free of charge ( glass not included).
Do your products have maximum sizes?
The short answer is Yes.
Our maximum height for steel doors is 3000m high.
